Transporting patients to and from medical appointments are a major problem that patients have to deal with on a regular basis. The lack of adequate and reliable transportation results in missed, canceled, or delayed appointments preventing patients from getting much needed care. To alleviate this problem and ensure our clients are on time, our transportation division was commissioned in 2018.
The management team of the transportation division take great pride in utilizing the experience garnered over the years to ensure that the service we provide exceeds our client’s expectations first and foremost, and the communities which serve. We believe our best critics are the customers we serve and hence regular feedbacks from our customers has allowed us to consistently develop new strategies and directly channel them in improving our service offerings with special emphasis on safety, reliability, efficiency, and trustworthiness.

What Sets Us Apart
We understand that the quality of any company’s vehicle is paramount to providing safe and reliable transportation and promoting the health and safety of drivers as well as passengers. Our fleet comprises of vehicles no more than seven years old. Daily checks and regular maintenance are conducted every 5000 to 7000 miles or at least once a month.
Our Personalized Care
Our primary focus is customer-centricity. Our approach in dealing with every single customer is to provide personalized service second to none. Our goal is to become the one and only NEMT provider for each customer we serve. To ensure this happens, our services from pickup to drop-off have to be an unforgettable experience.
Our drivers undergo screening prior to hiring and extensive training before they sit behind the wheel of our vehicles. Screening exercise includes a criminal background check, Medical Physical Examination, Drug and Alcohol Urinalysis, and TB testing. Once hired, every driver has to be CPR/First-Aid-Certified, complete a CTAA Pass Basic Training course, complete a basic driver certification training fully compliant with ADA, and receive Securement Certification.
Jannic Health Services does not only use technology internally for optimum operational excellence and efficiency but also leverages GPS technology to empower our dispatchers in identifying vehicle location and estimating arrival times which are subsequently relayed to customers.
Services We Offer
- Stretcher Transport – Used by those unable to sit upright for medical or comfort reasons, are bedridden, and who are not in need of medical attention during transportation. Drivers comprise a two-person stretcher crew and a Ferno stretcher.
- Ambulatory Transport – Minivans and Sedans – Used to transport those capable of walking on their own, or with drivers assistance.
- Wheelchair Transport – Wheelchair lifts, ADA-compliant, Raised Roofs, Four-Pointy tie-down system- Used to transport those in getting to an appointment. All our wheelchair vans are ADA-approved and staffed with trained professional drivers.
Non-emergency transport to: Adult Day Care Facilities, Airports, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Nursing Homes, Chemotherapy, Dental Appointments, Dialysis Treatments, Doctor’s Visits / Medical Appointments, Hospitals (Admissions / Discharges / Transfers), Lasik Surgery, Long-distance OR out-of-state transportation (accompanied by a Registered Nurse), Occupational Therapy / Physical Therapy, Orthopedic / Neuropathic / Vascular Surgery, Outpatient Plastic Surgery & Other Outpatient Surgeries, Prescription Pick-Ups, Radiation Treatments, Rehab Centers, School Dropoff, Senior Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Senior Centers
