They are, first and foremost, our main customers and incorporated into our business model as partners, which invariably allows them to go beyond the call of duty in providing the absolute best service, outstanding care, and lasting memories to our clients as part of our corporate culture.

Training
Jannic Health Services promotes from within, and part of our hiring process and orientation includes educating All new hires from the onset, the pathway to promotion and increased pay within the company. While excellent evaluations and reviews from our client plays a major part in getting our caregivers noticed, greater emphasis is placed on having them go through planned and supervised paid training necessary for promotion, increased earnings, and greater role and responsibilities. Jannic recognizes how important it is for employees to feel empowered to progress and not remain stagnant in their careers. Every new hire joins the company with the confidence and understanding that the company is committed to its business model and will provide them with the tools necessary to reach their full potential through training exercises, mentoring, and skill-building experiences.

Support Culture
As partners in all our business endeavors, our company’s collaborative culture promotes, encourages, and solicits the opinion of our caregivers on major decisions regarding matters affecting our company, particularly improving our customer service offerings. Seamless communication between our Board of Directors, the Management, and caregivers is an ongoing and regular process. As part of the Jannic family, our caregivers never go unnoticed. Our primary goal is to build a team of leaders within our network of caregivers, supervisors, and managers from a bottom-up approach, giving each employee a full understanding in fulfilling the company’s overall objectives, tactical, and long-term strategy.

Insured and Bonded
All caregivers are employees and bonded, insured, and covered under the company’s general liability and workers compensation policies. This provides our clients with peace of mind knowing that our caregivers are protected and shield seniors and their families from any future claims for loss or liability.

Remuneration
Our remuneration is considerably higher than the regional and national average based on our hiring acceptance rate, tier-pay structure, bonuses, profit sharing, and partnership. This increases our retention rate and places a business partner that cares about his business and customers right in the home of the client.
